Tasks and volunteers
Meeting room facilitator, needs to make sure room equipments work, stay in the parallel sessions area
VIP assistants, provide support to guests, for things like accessing internet, finding directions, finding people, etc. (also make maps and room signs as building guides)
Photographers, take digital pictures during conference and post them to web site
Refreshments/Lunch manager, help setting up, dispensing, and cleaning up.
